The LW230 and LW230H Laboratory Glassware Washers are advanced automated systems designed for efficient, safe, and reproducible cleaning of laboratory glassware. These models adopt microcomputer chip control technology combined with a 7-inch full-color OLED LCD touch screen operating system, providing intuitive operation and precise control of washing parameters.

The system includes 30 standard cleaning programs such as fast cleaning, grease removal, biological cleaning, and lubricating oil cleaning, along with 120 customizable programs. In each user-defined program, operators can adjust key parameters including water source selection, cleaning temperature, detergent type and dosage, and circulation pump frequency, allowing the washer to be optimized for different laboratory cleaning requirements.

Both models are equipped with a double circulation pump featuring a variable frequency soft-start function, which helps prevent damage to delicate glassware caused by sudden high water pressure when the pump starts. During the washing process, the circulating water flow can be adjusted from 0 to 600 L/min, ensuring flexible cleaning performance for different types of laboratory glassware.
