Laboratory Glassware Washer
The LW190 and LW190 Plus Laboratory Glassware Washers are advanced automated cleaning systems designed for reliable and efficient washing of laboratory glassware. The instruments utilize microcomputer chip control technology (non-PLC) combined with an 8.8-inch full-color OLED LCD touch screen, providing intuitive operation and precise control of cleaning processes.
The system includes 30 standard cleaning procedures and 120 customizable user-defined programs, allowing laboratories to adjust parameters such as water source, cleaning temperature, detergent dosage, and circulation pump frequency to meet different laboratory cleaning requirements.
A variable frequency soft-start circulation pump controls the water flow from 0–400 L/min, ensuring efficient cleaning while protecting delicate glassware from sudden high water pressure. The pipeline pressure monitoring system continuously monitors the pressure of the main pipeline to maintain stable washing performance.
The washers adopt a back water supply system for baskets and racks, ensuring uniform water distribution and improved washing efficiency. For operational safety, the system is equipped with an electronic safety lock and EULA electric door opening and closing technology, allowing users to set a door opening temperature limit to prevent accidental opening when the chamber temperature is high.
Multiple safety protections are integrated into the system, including water heating over-temperature protection, hot air heating over-temperature protection, water pump protection, and fan over-temperature protection. The instrument also includes water leakage monitoring; if leakage is detected, the system will automatically stop operation to ensure safety.
The washer supports automatic recovery after water supply interruption and retains memory if power is cut off. A cleaning agent reminder function alerts the user when detergent is insufficient, while the multi-layer filtration system prevents debris from entering the pipeline and causing blockages, ensuring long-term stable operation.
