Reduced Manual LaborThe automated bedding adding process minimizes manual handling and significantly reduces operator workload in laboratory animal facilities. |
High Processing EfficiencyTwo filling ports allow the system to process approximately 30–40 mouse cages per minute, improving operational productivity. |
Accurate Bedding DispensingThe intelligent control system automatically calculates and dispenses the required amount of bedding material for each cage, ensuring uniform cage preparation. |
Dust Control SystemThe negative pressure dust removal system with H13 filtration reduces airborne particles and maintains a clean working environment. |
Improved Facility HygieneConsistent bedding filling helps maintain hygienic animal cages and supports improved animal welfare and reliable research conditions. |
Reliable Safety MonitoringIntegrated alarms for bedding level detection, motor overload, and fan overload ensure safe and reliable system operation. |
Eurping IVC-800 Automatic Bedding Adding System
The Eurping IVC-800 Automatic Bedding Adding System is designed for efficient and hygienic addition of animal bedding in laboratory animal facilities and vivariums. The system automatically loads, meters, and dispenses bedding material into animal cages, reducing manual handling and improving operational efficiency.
The equipment is equipped with a microcomputer control system and an 8.8-inch full-color touch screen, allowing operators to easily monitor machine status and adjust operating parameters. The display uses color indicators to show working status — red for malfunction, yellow for standby, and green for running.
The IVC-800 automatically senses bedding supply and performs loading, blanking, quantitative dispensing, and dust removal processes without manual intervention. A high-pressure vacuum fan delivers bedding material at controlled flow rates while maintaining a clean and dust-controlled working environment.
